Our partnership began with a deep dive into the heart of Steele Raymond. Through a series of in-depth interviews with team leaders and partners across all departments, we set out to understand what truly makes the firm tick - their culture, values and client relationships.
What we uncovered was a shared belief in clarity, care and collaboration - qualities that became the foundation of their new brand platform: 'It’s in our DNA.'

From there, we built an entirely new identity system inspired by the people behind the practice. Each team is represented by its own distinctive colour within the firm’s wider DNA spectrum - a vibrant, connected palette that celebrates individuality while reinforcing unity.
The new visual language combines bold typography, clean structure and modern tone - transforming Steele Raymond from a traditional legal brand into one that feels progressive, confident and deeply authentic.

This wasn’t a logo refresh - it was a complete re-imagining of the brand.
We created a full suite of brand assets to ensure every touchpoint - from internal communications to client presentations - feels consistent, fresh and unmistakably Steele Raymond.
The brand activation extended across signage, digital templates, animations, social assets, and photography, giving the internal team the tools to live and breathe the new identity day-to-day.
By equipping every department with clear, easy-to-use assets and guidance via a bespoke online brand portal, the firm could maintain momentum beyond launch - ensuring long-term consistency and pride across the business.
