Challenge
When Evolve took on its new office and event space, seeing its potential required a fair amount of imagination.
The existing interiors were extremely colourful, visually busy and a long way from the environment the Evolve team wanted to create. But behind all that colour was a space with real potential.
Evolve needed somewhere that could work in several different ways: as a home for its team, a welcoming place to meet clients and a flexible environment where business owners and leaders could come together for peer groups, training and events.
This wasn't simply a case of adding branding to an existing office. The space needed a complete rethink, with a clear creative vision that could transform how it looked, felt and functioned.

Approach
Seeing beyond the existing space
Working closely with the Evolve team, we developed an overall creative direction for the interiors, considering colour, lighting, furniture, finishes and environmental graphics together rather than treating them as separate elements.
The aim was to create somewhere with warmth, energy and personality that still felt professional and considered. It needed to feel unmistakably Evolve without becoming overly branded.

We developed bespoke graphics and interior treatments for the different areas, alongside carefully considered lighting, furniture and finishes. Each element was designed to contribute to the overall experience, giving individual spaces their own personality while maintaining a consistent feel throughout.
The result was an environment that felt considered from room to room rather than a collection of unrelated design interventions.

The meeting rooms and event areas became an important part of the transformation.
Evolve regularly brings people together, so these weren't simply rooms that needed redecorating. They needed to support conversations, collaboration, learning and events while creating an environment people would genuinely enjoy spending time in.

From vision to reality
Our involvement continued through every stage of the transformation.
Once the creative direction was agreed, we developed the concepts into final production artwork, specified and sourced the required elements and managed material production and installation.
Taking the project from initial ideas through to physical delivery meant we could protect the original vision throughout the process, adapting where necessary while ensuring the details worked together in the finished environment.
