Environmental Branding
Hill Osborne
Bringing a brand to life in the workplace
The
Challenge
Following a move into new offices, Hill Osborne wanted to create a working environment that felt considered, contemporary and unmistakably theirs.
The opportunity went beyond simply adding branded graphics to the walls. The new space needed to reflect the firm's identity throughout, creating a cohesive experience for clients and a workplace the team could feel proud of.

Studio Global was brought in to explore how the existing Hill Osborne brand could be translated into the physical environment across the offices, considering everything from decoration and finishes to furniture, fittings, environmental graphics and artwork.

The
Approach
We began by looking at the space as a complete experience rather than a collection of individual branded elements.
Our first phase focused on creative concepts and interior direction, exploring how colour, materials, furniture, wall treatments and graphics could work together to create a distinctive but professional environment.
The aim was to find the right balance: enough personality to bring the Hill Osborne brand to life, without creating a space that felt overly corporate or heavily branded.

From these initial concepts, we developed the chosen direction into a detailed environmental graphics scheme, refining individual applications and considering how each element would work within the architecture and function of the space.
This allowed the brand to become part of the environment itself, rather than something simply applied to it afterwards.

From
concept to installation
Once the creative direction was agreed, Studio Global managed the project through to completion.
We developed the final production artwork, specified and produced the physical materials, coordinated furniture and other environmental elements, and managed the installation on site.

Taking responsibility for both the creative thinking and practical delivery meant we could maintain consistency from the earliest concepts through to the finished offices.
It also gave Hill Osborne one team overseeing the detail throughout — ensuring that what had been imagined on screen translated successfully into the physical space.

The
Result
The finished environment gives Hill Osborne a workplace that feels cohesive, contemporary and connected to its brand.
Environmental graphics, furniture, finishes and carefully considered details work together to create a space that feels welcoming and professional, while giving the firm's identity a much stronger physical presence.

More than an office fit-out, the project demonstrates how brand can shape the experience of a space — creating an environment that communicates something about an organisation before a conversation has even begun.
