RTGS.global came to us with a common problem in fintech: a website that failed to communicate their innovative global settlement platform effectively. The challenge was clear - translate complex financial technology into a compelling digital presence that would attract banking partners and establish thought leadership.

Our approach was methodical. We began with stakeholder interviews, distilling key messaging priorities. This informed the development of a new site architecture and visual language. We built the website around one clear story of what RTGS.global did, showcasing our skill in making the complex clear, simple and compelling. This narrative was beautifully told through animation and SVGs throughout the site.
The design was very modern and bold, encapsulating everything they stood for with their world-changing ideas. We created custom imagery and interactive elements to illustrate complex concepts, built on a WordPress framework for ease of management. The focus remained on clear, jargon-free messaging that emphasised benefits over technical details.

The outcome spoke for itself. The new website effectively communicated RTGS.global's value proposition, receiving unanimous approval from the board and C-suite. One executive noted it was the first project in their career to achieve such consensus. More importantly, it improved RTGS.global's ability to engage potential partners and reinforced their position as industry innovators. The project underscored a key principle: in fintech, clarity is not just appreciated - it's essential for success.
