This video production project embodies our fundamental belief: every development has a story waiting to be discovered and told beautifully. For McCarthy Stone's Viewpoint development, we looked beyond the architectural features to uncover the narrative that would truly resonate with potential residents.
Capturing the Essence
through cinematography
Using a combination of aerial cinematography and ground-level footage, we captured both the development's architectural presence and its daily rhythms. Drone footage established the context - a premium coastal location with sweeping harbour views. Meanwhile, resident interviews and casual moments revealed the genuine community taking shape within.
A Narrative of Connection,
not isolation
Our narrative approach focused on integration rather than isolation. We showed how Viewpoint connects with its surroundings, from morning walks along the harbour to evening gatherings on private balconies. Through careful composition and authentic storytelling, we demonstrated how considered design and thoughtful planning create natural opportunities for community to flourish.
