From shaping brands to shaping last-minute night-out plans, he brings energy, creativity, and a little bit of chaos (the fun kind) to everything he does. Let’s dive into what makes him tick…

Darren Mooney, Head of Hustle and Creative Director. I make sure great ideas happen—whether that’s building brands, crafting campaigns, or figuring out the next big thing for our clients.

IF YOU HAD ONE WORK-RELATED SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

If I had a work-related superpower, it would be the ability to think creatively about problem-solving—whether that’s designing a new brand, finding a unique way to market a client’s offering, or getting out of a tight spot. It’s a great skill to have… but it also gets me into trouble. Let’s just say my ‘creative thinking’ extends to nights out too :0)

Hidden Talent: Apparently, I’m pretty witty and funny (or so I’ve been told!). Oh, and I love pushing the boundaries of fashion. What a combo, eh?
Quirky Fact: I can speak a bit of Swedish! Not quite fluent, but conversational enough to get by.

what would you be and why?

A dog, 100%. No stress, just running around, getting fed, and getting belly rubs—sounds like a dream to me!

Winning a Dorset Business Award for the STARS rebrand. It was a huge project that had a real human impact, not just a financial one. It came at a stressful time, so being recognised for something so meaningful made it even more special.

Bananas and cereal bars. 11am is my danger zone—I get ridiculously hungry around that time!

YOUR IDEAL SUPERHERO SQUAD

Sharon, no question. She’s the yin to my yang, the Shaz to my Daz! — super organised and financially focused. Without her, our world would probably fall apart!

What's on your bucket list, that you're determined to tick off?

1 - Dry January (currently on it—send help!)
2 - Sea Swimming (also on it—freezing but loving it).
3 - Traveling with friends and family to make unforgettable memories. This year, I’ve got my eye on Miami or Ibiza—yes, it sounds like a Tinie Tempah song, but I want to visit both before I’m officially too old to party (though some might argue that ship has already sailed 😉). Oh, and seeing more live music!
