WHAT'S YOUR NAME AND WHAT DO YOU DO AT STUDIO GLOBAL?
Hey, I’m Miro – I lead digital production at Studio Global. From filming on location to editing in the studio or diving into motion graphics, I bring ideas to life across a range of creative formats. I love transforming concepts into compelling stories that connect with people.
IF YOU HAD ONE WORK-RELATED SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
If I could have one work-related superpower, it’d be the ability to see the full potential of every project from the get-go – like a cinematic crystal ball.
WHAT GOT YOU HERE?
I studied design at AUB but was quickly drawn to moving image – the perfect collision of design, technology, and storytelling. What started as a few freelance projects with Studio Global turned into something bigger. Since then, I’ve filmed at The Londoner for Liberty Global, created motion for the London Stock Exchange’s giant curved screens, and edited personal stories for NHS Dorset. Every project has sharpened my skills and shaped the way I work today.
FUN FACTS!
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually playing video games with friends scattered across the globe – often through VR, where we play mini golf in submarines or alien landscapes while catching up.
Also, my right eye is more light-sensitive than my left. It’s like having one eye in night mode!
If you could be any animal for a day, what would you be and why?
I’d be a falcon – fast, agile, and free to soar. Their energy and focus really resonate with me.
What’s been your favourite memory or project since joining the team?
The Red Fin shoot in summer 2024 stands out. The whole team pulled together for an incredible brand film and capped it off with a beach BBQ and many ciders. Good vibes, great work, and a big team win.
